At EZ Vane, we stand behind every weathervane, cupola, and garden ornament we build. Each piece is handcrafted in the USA from heavy-gauge steel and finished with a triple-layer protective powder coating made to weather the seasons for years to come.
What this warranty covers
EZ Vane warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, or develops one under normal residential use, we will repair or replace the affected part or product at no cost to you.
What this warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, alteration, or accident
- Damage from severe weather, storms, or other acts of nature
- Normal cosmetic wear, including natural patina or fading over time
- Mounting hardware, which is not included with weathervane purchases
How to make a claim
Email us at customer.service@ezvane.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right. You can also reach us through our contact page.
This limited lifetime warranty applies to the original purchaser and is in addition to any rights provided by applicable consumer protection law.
